I’m Bert Copple, a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and business consultant. I bring hands-on leadership experience across customer service, sales, hospitality, services for aging adults, and business support operations, including leading an international call center team.
With graduate education in theology and leadership, I also help pastors, ministry teams, and boards develop people and strengthen their organizations.
Through Copple Leadership, I help owners and leaders bring structure to growth, develop their management teams, and build a culture of accountability. My approach is practical: understand the challenge, take responsibility, and do the work.
